The low pressure
electronic servo charger is fitted between the air filter and
the intake manifold or throttle body. The main function of the
Turbo Zet is to provide additional air into the engine, the way
this is achieved is by two electronic impeller motors* that spin
from

6,000rpm and
accelerate depending on the engines draw and signals providing
up to 1-2psi. The control system has a very sophisticated microprocessor
that monitors signals from the alternator pulse, air temperature
and air pressure, this then accelerates or decelerates the impellers
to maintain the correct air/fuel ratio under engine load and
varying throttle conditions.

Reduces
engine noise and vibrations
With Turbo
Zet, you will have better idling rpm with the same fuel adjustment,
consequently reducing noise and vibrations. In many instances,
you can still lower your engine rpm during idling condition even
with air conditioning. So you'll save fuel specially in heavy
traffic situations.
Reduces
exhaust emissions and maximises engine life
Whenever combustion
is not perfect, fuel is partially burned and carbon is formed
causing deposits to accumulate in the engine. Wasted fuel becomes
undesirable smoke or poisonous carbon monoxide and is apparent
in diesel engines.
With Turbo
Zet, combustion is near perfect thereby reducing exhaust emission
and maintaining an engine that's clean internally. The effect
is most noticeable in new diesel engines. However, if your engine
is used but still in good condition, you may have to drive for
3,000 to 6,000 miles before experiencing a clean engine and exhaust
system.

Wiring
connections:
For
Gasoline (EFI or carburettor)
1. The
plus (+) wire must be connected to the 12v+ side of the coil.
With
DIS (Direct ignition system) the + wire should be used.
2. The
negative (-) wire should be connected to the engine ground.
For
diesel engines the + wire should be connected to the 12v+
on the solenoid switch line on the fuel pump.

My
car is brand new, would Turbo Zet void my car warranty?
No. Turbo
Zet simply supplies the right amount of air to the engine
for optimum combustion efficiency. There is no change done
to the internal parts of the engine nor adjustments to
the original car specifications like timing, etc... Moreover,
the internal engine is maintained in a clean condition,
eliminating carbon accumulation hence prolonging engine
life.

My
car's engine is EFI with ECU and already very powerful.
Do I need Turbo Zet?
Yes.
After installing Turbo Zet, you will feel extra power (engine
very responsive), more fuel savings and reduced exhaust
emission. The latter is more important. If you rub your
finger on the inside wall of your car's tail pipe, you
will find carbon deposits even i6 brand new cars. With
Turbo Zet, these deposits will eventually disappear. Your
car's engine will then last a lifetime.

I've
had my diesel vehicle for nearly 2 years and undesirable
block smoke is being emitted from the tail pipe. Will
installing Turbo Zet remedy it?
Yes.
After installing Turbo Zet and driving for 3,000 miles,
the emission will improve considerably in your diesel engine
thus eliminating black smoke. If Turbo Zet is installed
to a new engine, then the emission problem would never
have occurred. Your engine will also be more powerful and
fuel efficient.

My
4WD diesel is already turbocharged. Why should I install
Turbo Zet?
With
Turbo Zet, you will start feeling more power from 60Orpm
(better picking up response like petrol engine) and longer
power band if you need it. Your original turbo charger
only starts to function from 300Orprn. Furthermore, you
will have fuel savings and reduced exhaust emissions.

How
con Turbo Zet be installed on various engines like Diesel,
Petrol (EFI, Carburettor) and LPG?
Turbo
Zet has a microprocessor built-in which analyses data from
various sensors in the engine and alters it accordingly.
